1. Money-Back Guarantee (Hosting)

If you are not satisfied with your shared hosting, VPS, or similar hosting service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal. The refund applies to the first payment only and does not apply to add-ons, domain registration fees, or subsequent renewals.

2. Domain Names

Domain registration and renewal fees are generally non-refundable once the domain has been registered or renewed, in accordance with registrar policies. If you believe you are entitled to an exception (e.g., duplicate charge, error), please contact our billing team with your order details.

3. SSL and Other One-Time Services

SSL certificates and other one-time or third-party services may be non-refundable once issued or provisioned. Contact support for specific cases.

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request via your Client Area by opening a support ticket, or contact us at Contact Us. Include your account email and order or invoice number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible and within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Exclusions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, or where we are required to do so by law or registrar/processor rules.
