This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Bavinhost's services, including web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, email, and domain services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate spam-related services.
- Host phishing sites or engage in identity theft or fraud.
- Infringe intellectual property rights (see our DMCA page for copyright).
- Host or distribute illegal content (e.g., child exploitation, terrorism, illegal drugs).
- Launch or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, hacking, or unauthorized access to systems.
- Operate botnets, crypto mining without permission, or resource-abusive scripts that harm the server or other customers.
2. Content and Conduct
You are responsible for all content and activity under your account. Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful to others is prohibited. We may remove or disable such content and suspend or terminate the account.
3. Resource Usage
You must use resources in accordance with your plan. Excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth use that negatively impacts other customers or the stability of our network is not permitted. We may throttle or suspend accounts that exceed reasonable use.
4. Email
Email sent from or through our systems must comply with applicable anti-spam laws. You may not send bulk email to recipients who have not opted in, use misleading headers, or relay mail through our servers for unauthorized purposes.
5. Reporting Abuse
To report abuse (spam, malware, phishing, copyright, etc.), use our Report Abuse form. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate violations and, at our discretion, warn you, suspend or terminate services, remove content, and/or report activity to authorities. We are not obligated to provide advance notice when we believe immediate action is necessary.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
