By accessing or using Bavinhost's website and services (hosting, domains, email, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Bavinhost provides web hosting, domain registration and management, email hosting, SSL certificates, and related services. Specific features and limits are described in the product descriptions and your service agreement.

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Fees are due as specified at purchase or on renewal. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use our services in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination and possible legal action.

6. Service Level

We strive for high availability as described in our Service Level Agreement. Credits or remedies, if any, are as set forth in the SLA.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services for non-payment, violation of these terms or our AUP, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our network and customers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bavinhost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
